- Proper business insurance (proof required before contract approval)
At Symmetry Build, your income grows with your hustle. In addition to competitive pay for each install, you’ll earn 5% commission on any sauna sale you refer—no cap, no limits. The more projects you take on and the more business you bring in, the more you earn. We reward skill, effort, and initiative—giving you full control over your earning potential.
We match contractors based on:
- Location: We prioritize sending jobs to installers closest to the project site
- Experience Level: Some projects require advanced expertise in custom builds
- Availability: Our system prioritizes contractors who are available and responsive
We handle client communication, project coordination, and logistics, so all you need to do is show up and build.
Yes! We offer:

- Onboarding Call + Process Walkthrough: Our team ensures you’re fully prepared before your first job.

Scheduling + Client Communication: We handle logistics so you can focus on building.

We offer competitive, project-based payments with a clear, structured payment process:
- Payments are made via direct deposit or check within 7–14 days after project completion.
- Larger projects may include milestone payments.
